The movie started off with a lackluster plot and cringe-worthy writing. With a story more predictable than the ball dropping on New Years, Wonder Woman 1984 left us confused with many plot holes. This may be the biggest disappointment this holiday, despite Covid. As the movie goes on, it begins to improve. However, the ending is quite cliche and left Wonder Woman seemingly powerless. Honestly a waste of an hour and a half and a great cast, but not surprising it went straight to HBO Max.
