Started watching it without much expectation. Biggest excitement was just about Kajol. Not just the amazing actress but the movie itself was a delightful watch. Poignant, gripping and well written story was the backbone of this movie. It seems moments picked from real life. Truly awesome comeback for evergreen actress Kajol. The ease in which she transforms into the character was amazing. She was simply living that role. Even in the back drop of a dark story that is mostly about strained relationships Kajol keeps up the momentum with her timely humor and well delivered sarcasm! Special mention to the director Renuka Shane! Would love to see more works from her. There was a balance in portraying the three generation women’s who were in quite different spectrums. Yes that’s true, give a break to the stereotype ma, behens and male life support female characters!!!
