I’m watching Season 1...He gets a loan on a house to flip. That’s not likely that someone that has NO full time job (as he’s portraying) and bad credit (most low income people) could get that. So at that point it’s no longer realistic that just anybody can do what he’s doing. I e actually done everything he’d done up until the house...but with bad credit can move no further. So while the concept is nice it’s not realistic.
