Oh my, how nice, got my cup of coffee, umm. Make sure of the space around me as to jump up and shake my fists at the absurdity on the screen, or tilt my head and place my arms cross my heart at the humanity on the screen. Two and a half hours of stretching my brain as to give a damn of what is happening in my Country and my Planet. Information from so many wise and articulate people from many walks of life telling me "stuff" that I can check out. Yes, It is good to wake up and be with my news family and all the people they bring in Monday to Friday giving me "the strong to deal with and the sweet to abide by".
