Perfectly splendid, indeed. It is a superb series, splendidly directed by Mike Flanagan. Stay with the story and you will be blown away by the treatment. The ones who have called it boring or not-so-scary need to know that nothing matters more than plot depth and treatment. It is not a bloody horror film but an emotional masterpiece with fear element embedded in it... Loved ii, notches above Haunting of the Hill House, which had a tepid climax. But this one just ruled!
