Was this seriously a blockbuster movie???! The acting is horrendous, unlikable characters... Boring, dry & often awkward and weird dialogue. I stopped 20 minutes in... Not wasting any more time on a film that terrible only 20 minutes in. Plus the premise I know would probably p*ss me off more then entertain me, so idk why I even gave it 20 minutes. Was hoping to be pleasantly surprised... NOPE, hard pass. That's why I give this 0 stars. (Had to put 1 to post) Viewers you've been forewarned.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I thought the actors did an excellent job. The tension was palpable and I was most impressed by Hugo Weaving. He's one of my faves but didn't even realize it was him till over halfway through! I had to pause it & look up the cast... It was only the scene where the guy is making a scene and he walks in to see if everything is ok. And it was his eyes, I knew I recognized him but he's so amazing in this that I had no idea it was him till that moment. I will watch again & my suggestion is to give it at least one watch & make up your own mind.

So soo very disappointed with the new Frasier. The original was amazing and always delivered laughs every time. The reboot is painfully UNfunny and I think I've only laughed a handful of times so far. It's predictable and boring and slow and has NONE of the flair, timing, genuine giggles, or superb acting. It's just another lame reboot of a show they should have left alone. Seriously... It's just sad.

I just finished watching... And as a HUGE fan of anything Vlad the Impaler, Dracula, Nosferatu... This movie is simply perfection!!!!! It takes one chapter from Brahms Stokers novel, the Demeter journey ... It does take some liberties but brilliant liberties. It is slow for most the movie... Building tension and then leaves you breathless and waiting for part 2! Please God let there be a sequel just as good as this! I love anything Dracula and love time pieces .... Just so AMAZING! The actors were exceptional. Cinematography brilliantly done. Music and tension and the way they build up is beyond my expectations! That's what makes this movie so amazing cuz I expected a lot more violence and it was the not so much and the anticipation of the next movie to build it even more Anyone who loves Dracula/ Vlad the Impaler, read "The Historian".

Just watched this movie and LOVED IT!!! Will be watching again for sure... Probably become a cult classic for me, as I love anything to do with Vlad the Impaler/Dracul/Dracula. This was a treat and I am sad to read they won't be making a sequel. Cuz this movie was unique in it's way of portraying Vlad/Dracula.. More of a hero then a villian/monster. I liked the different approach yet keeping true to most of the basic story. Someday I plan on visiting the real Vlad the Impaler castle, it's on my bucket list. 👍💛☺ Anyways, can't believe it took me so long to see this but man it was worth the wait and a new top ten favorite!

I loved Cage as Dracula, fabulous job. And the choice for Renfield & the leading lady were good too. There was quite a few hilarious lines or moments that were memorable. But, the reasons I only gave 3 stars is that it's just over-the-top gory. I really hated that about the movie and almost completely ruined it for me. Made it difficult to watch, I actually looked away for portions of the film due to the extreme gory violence. Really over kill and too much. The other thing is, I guess I was hoping it was going to be more a movie about Renfield showing Dracula how to behave like a normal person. That would have been so much fun & provided way more hilarious moments. I wish it would have been more that then a bloodfest. Maybe they'll do another with that theme and keep the disgusting gore on the minimum.

I liked it. It's not without its flaws yes, but over all a good effort. Spoilers ahead... I pretty much guessed early in that it was a movie about a mentally disturbed Mother but wasn't of course clear on what direction it was going to go. They definitely should have made the movie not so confusing and leave out stuff that didn't even add to the whole point of the plot. She's clearly a grieving Mother who goes into denial, big time! The ending brought me to tears but also was so blah and they could have done so much more! Like the angel should have had wings, like they referenced earlier in the movie about her playing an angel when she was little in church. Like it would have brought it all together and been that much more moving and touching. It just also left so many unanswered questions and didn't give you that pleasant resolving feeling. Which I think they could have achieved but missed the mark by a mile. I love CR in this, she's always amazing. I just feel bad that they didn't give her all that she needed to make her performance shine with direction and plot to meet her talent. Still worth a one time watch, imo. The music, old cars and stuff were lovely.

I refuse to watch this or any other of the Fantastic Beast series that excludes Johnny Depp. I'm also disgusted at Warner Bros for ousting Johnny with no evidence and then now after he's won and it's been proven that AH was the abuser, they haven't dropped her from Aquaman. It's absolutely disgusting. I'm also not going to watch any Pirates movies without Johnny. Disney also should make a public apology to him and same with the ACLU. Plus the ACLU needs to drop AH as an ambassador for women! She certainly doesn't speak for me, and as a woman DV survivor she merely makes me sick to my stomach for lying and making a mockery of all of us who really have suffered and those still suffering. And I hope others out there will follow suit. The only way to get the point across to these big companies is by hitting their wallet. So if we all stand up for right and truth, we need to stop watching Disney and Warner Bros and not give any donations to the ACLU.

I've never been a huge fan of RZ, loved her in Chicago but not a lot of other stuff. Omg! I now LOVE her after watching this series. I was floored by her performance. And the way these series was put together, all around, and the actors performances, it's so great! And I pray for tjose whom this woman with no consience murdered and their families. This did a lot of good in showing these kinds of killers/predators yet I know it will never heal the wounds she inflicted on all those families. She's a monster and glad she's never getting out. I absolutely love the attorney Joel and his associate. What they endured and towed the line and kept pursuing makes me still believe there's still hope in the judicial system. I hope everyone will take the time to watch this bcs it helps us all be aware of potential people in our own lives looking for an opportunity. Or see it in a family, friend or associates lives to warn them of someone. This series should win all the awards, imo.

That was quite possibly the worst horror movie I've seen. I gave it 1 star for the idea, which it truly is a great idea for a scary movie. I LOVE anything haunted house, spooky locations, old historical buildings, etc. So this was right up my alley. I don't like to be too critical but man... The acting was really bad. Like so bland and almost like they were reading right off their script for a read-through. It was difficult to even listen to at times, cuz it was just so unbelievable. There was no direction in the writing or acting in showing any bond between this couple. No depth to the characters at all. The writing was choppy and hard to follow at times, or didn't make sense with the moment. And it seemed almost like a high school student wrote the script... a very juvenile, lacking depth feeling to it. And I never felt very concerned or even cared about the 2 main characters. They were barely acting and barely believable as a couple. The inside of the house was filmed so dark you could barely see what was going on half the time. So it was like trying to guess where they were at times and what was exactly happening. There was just SO much that was a complete disappointment. I REALLY wanted to like this cuz it truly is a great concept/idea. I just hope someone else out there takes it and makes it what it can be! :) I'd be stoked to watch that! So I just say to those folks who haven't watched this yet... Just be prepared to be disappointed. It does have some lovely views under the water and some of nature while they're driving. That was nice. Overall, just not believable acting or writing.
