The 3rd venture of SK and ponram. This combo doesn't look for logical and realistic stuffs, but only entertainment to the fans and audience. They didn't fail on pleasing people with laughter and action parts. A first time introduction with a fight for SK and it worked really well. Romance parts, mostly similar to previous movies but still not bad. BGM steals the attention, the King getup shown in trailer was just a hint and the actual king looks far better the trailer one. Keerthy Suresh done her minor role very well and Samantha's action portions worked well too. If you are looking for a movie like velaikaran, I am so sorry this is not your cup of tea. It's a complete entertainment package and that is the major part the movie team aimed for. My rating is 7/10.
