I think this is my favorite love story from the Bridgetown stories. It was funny, romantic, sad…I really enjoyed the story.

I don’t really like watching forensics shows, but this one is awesome! The story takes place in the late 1800 and how the the alienist works, plus early forensic science works....I’m binge for more. Especially the second season. I was sad when it only had 8 episodes, but the mystery had put me at the edge of my seat. I do hope season 3 comes out. I can finally say I now have a favorite show. TNT, please bring them back. I love the historical features of detective work

You have 3 good actors and the story was good yet confusing. I was assuming that the past will meet up with the future mystery. It is intense to try to figure out who is the killer, but confusing about the witness storyline. Who is the killer?

Reminds me of Private Ryan.....the story line that is. Only saving the African Americans.Even though the acting, the costumes, and the acting.....oops I said that already. When it comes down to it, the storyline is pretty good.

I love, love, love this movie. I have seen it at least half a dozen times. I which it with Meteor Garden 2018. The actors are so cute and looks amazing when they gradually get older and by that means in the ALSB. I cried, laughed and awe throughout the movie. Now, I am a middle age woman and I’m thankful to my daughter introducing me to Asian movies that look for realistic. Of course I would hope there would have been a follow up ALSB..... I wanted to see wedding and Wu find a woman. That’s just me! 😂
