Much better than the pile that was the original version. That said, looooong and that godawful screeching whenever Wonder Woman does her thing—reminiscent of dental drills. Supes in black goes unexplained. Yes, cool, but...um...why? And his impeccable post resurrection hairdo. Stepp had a better costume. But still one track character that frankly is boring. I kept thinking of Thanos comparisons and T was so much better. And Darkseid was again a bore. Just bigger. It was just too much of the same thing that you just don’t care if it’s Stepp or DarkS. Batman apparently only gets to use his toys once before they get destroyed. And he really should be crippled by now. A better Batman movie would be crippled Batman older and dealing with that. Aquaman drinks like a fish- lol! Most of his story was done better in his movie. Lots of wasted repeats. Does he pee in the water? Four hours. I could have flown to Hawaii!!!! Christian Bale’s Dark Knight still reigns. The humanity of Supes in Man of Steel was lost with BVS and this film. And the finale vision of a movie that will likely never be made (thankfully) just shows how big budgets beget bigger and badder (as in worse) sequels. Marvel does it better. The fatal flaw of superhero movies is the need to develop ever badder bad guys. You get to a point where it’s ridiculous. Summary: better than Whedon but ask me if I care.
