After last evenings "shock" elimination of Matthew, I turned off the programme and won't be watching remaining episodes. He'd been outstanding throughout the entire process and IMO did not warrant being dismissed at that stage. Marcus's remark that his dish was too simple before he'd even started cooking smacked to me of a decision for whatever reason, made in advance. My belief that the contest was handled fairly has been shattered, that's why I won't be watching again. On to bigger and better things Matthew, you're an outstanding chef.
