I doubt the information and knowledge displayed in the documentary. The theories about health are always changing. One moment they say meat is essential and the next moment it becomes fatal. I think we should all eat what nature offers us to eat for e.g. Fruits,vegetables,milk,meat,chicken etc. All the natural things cooked in a healthy way can help us get better health. According to me whatever nature offers us, can not harm us if we eat and drink without exceeding the limit.
