brilliant show. true to its content and very sincere. basically a tight scifi thriller that explores topics like endangered tribes, human intervention with nature, casteism, epedemic, the andamans and most essentially, human fallacies. writing is impeccable with great editing that keeps you hooked to the show. the frequent flashbacks from past affecting how the characters function in the present is very thoughtful. Kudos to the makers for trying something novel and acing it. Top notch acting by every member of the cast. there are genuine and natural character arcs that move you as audience. a must watch.

sloppy writing.. cant believe its the same director who made masterpieces like Jigarthanda and Jigarthanda Double X. Mahaan is very superficial and stupid. Very linear and boring. no connect with any characters. Gandhi is just used as a prop to be mentioned here and there to augment this dry piece of work. Vikram is good but not great. Dialogues are amateurish. You can see the final reveal from a mile away and is extremely juvenile. Watch only if you a Vikram fan and even then u might be disappointed

quite boring. meaningless and an overambitious plot. even for masala entertainers, movies need to make sense in their writing. Jailer tries to be too stylish and in the bargain loses objectivity. Literally nobody, not even Rajni, can risk getting their family killed hoping to bargain with villains on a video call. Plotlines like these takes away the seriousness of a tense scene in a film. Overall, Rajnikanth is brilliant and all the the other actors do a great job. Its the writing and the script that dissapoint. Amazing cameos though.

class show, class art direction, class acting. a splendid period series which showcases india the way it was. and the film industry in all its glory and everyhting else. Vikramaditya Motwane really dropped a killer show.

a very good premise spoilt by sloppy writing and very mellow scares. a show so slow that for 4 episodes, you are sitting and waiting for the story to unravel even enough to keep you hooked. The horror themes are mild and nothing really spooks you. The word CULT is used so many times it gets to you. Its a great plot but boringly told. Its nothing you would not have seen in oyher films and shows. Kudos to the acting of the entire cast. Can totally skip it.

an excellent dynamic film that keeps you engaged from the beginning. plot is rooted and never loses steam. every character has a meaty part to play. a must watch unlike its cinematic universe counterpart VIkram which is a total nonsensical dud as compared to Kaithi.

lacklustre mindless action with a juvenile amateurish script. you would have seen enough movies to know there is nothing novel about the story. the makers try to stylize a very mediocre story with music and good cinematography. after a point of time, you start wondering how are all these fight sequences even makimg sense. villains arent carrying guns only so that our hero can wreck them up with his bare hands and some handy tools and weapons. the script should have been tighter. feels like some old movie repackaged to serve the newer genration of moviegoers.
