One of the best Studio Ghibli works hands down. It features the beautiful artwork, interesting and likable characters and an intriguing plot with a valuable message about man and its conflict with nature. If you are new to studio ghibli films then this is the best place to start. If you already are a fan looking at this movie, then what the hell took you so long!? 5/5

It features the breathtaking artistic style and imagination that is the norm for Studio Ghibli in a more mundane setting. It is a feel-good movie you watch on a rainy day. Those who go into it expecting Sprited Away or Princess Mononoke level of plot or conflict will be disappointed. But anyone who just wants a lighthearted movie with beautiful visuals will enjoy it.
