Brilliant cast, what’s not to like about Pacino, De Niro, Pesci, Kietel. Directed by Scorsese.

Just awful. A mix of Rear Window and every other crime film you have ever seen. Douglas and Bean must have really needed the money.

Hard to believe a woman could be so gullible but Dirty John (Eric Bana), was very clever. Generally a good cast, especially the younger daughter whom I liked in Ozark. The other sister was hard work. The casting manager made a mistake in the choice of choosing an obviously younger actress to play the grandma. A fake grey wig never really convinces me. All in all, the series of 8 episodes draws you in but you have to concentrate as the plot has a lot of flashbacks. Two main leads are good and the drama will keep you hooked until the end.

I thought it was very disjointed. The early NY and Sicilian Scenes didn’t flow with the rest of the film.
