A truly underrated gem! Ben Stiller's comedies are almost all 1st ballot HoFers in my book ("Dodgeball" "Something About Mary" "Tropic Thunder," etc), but this is an elevation, a visual masterpiece, a wonderful story, incredibly talented cast (Kristen Wiig at her peak, Adam Scott, as always, a brilliant d*!ck), superbly paced, with Stiller showing understated humor is in his wheelhouse, right along with his "Zoolander" level A+ slapstick. Grandma doesn't have to leave the room - and neither do the pre-teens; a real testament to how high this film rises. Box office disappointments amid high budget concerns gave ammo for many to refer to this as a "flop." Not even close. Epic.
