If you have not read the book or watched the movie you will probably like it. If you read the book or saw the movie then you probably won’t.The series depicts a 2024 version of what a murder is. It has to be gruesome and bloody and horrific. It can’t simply be a murder. Also the star of the book and the movie was not Rusty but his lawyer Sandy. They all 3 share a commonality but the series comes in last place

Terrible! No semblance at all to Robert Parker’s Spenser except the characters names. If you want to watch Mark Wahlberg, fine. Other than that reread Parker’s books
