Don't go into this movie with the mindset of the old child's play. If you don't compare the two you will enjoy this movie a lot more. It's a different and fresh take on the character while keeping the scary and funny at the same time. The acting was good. I now understand why they made chucky look like that. You will definitely have some sympathy for chucky.
