We had dinner there on the 11th January with our grandchildren. We had to wait about 40mins for our meals. When we questioned the staff they said it was on the way. Our granddaughter got her chips fairly quickly but her 6 yr old brother had to wait for ages. When we finally got our meals the chips were cold. They charged our grandson’s meal as main meal. After I spoke to the manager asking for a refund, he only gave $10. Had to ask for some hot chips as a replacement and the Managers excuse was they were down with the chef. Well there was only about 12 people in the dining room at the time we were there. I wouldn’t recommend going there in hurry.
