Kat the Dog

It leans a lot more into the camp of the first movie, and its B-plot is just a romcom. The villain takes himself a little too seriously given the overall goofy tone of the film in my opinion, but he’s still very entertaining to watch. It’s a really dumb movie, and it’s perfect that way.

This movie is bizarrely edited, sloppily written, dirt cheap, and has no regard for the basic rules of storytelling.
