Just seeing this for the first time. Excellent singers, but the central characters of John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, and Thomas Jefferson are speaking roles which are riveting. They masterfully portray the urgency of breaking away from England and the necessity of retaining the unity of the Colonies in the birth of a nation.
