yes, the promised neverland was amazing only because of the animators or production chose to stick with the original plot. But in season 2, it went all over the place. with the lack of understanding in the bunker, the character yuugo, his background, and the constant skip of the most important parts in the anime, makes me confused after reading the manga. all the characters and plot lines let’s the watchers put the puzzle together and have a deeper understanding of the anime. it’s kinda sad that they did that to a good anime with a nice plot, but i guess that was for less episode. although it seems rushed
