Richland county_SC- S3,EP1. Officer Brown finds a hand gun in a car with 4 black males. The hand gun was cocked and ready to go. Officer Brown needs to take a refresher course on gun safety. The gun had a round in the chamber and Officer Brown was trying to clear the barrel. I counted once he pointed the loaded gun at the camera man. At least twice at his own face looking in the barrel. WOW. Luck he got the bullet out and no one was injured.
