Best game I ever played. I never write review for games, but I feel like I want to for this one. I love tactical rpg games, I have played all Final fantasy tactics games, disgaea 1 & 2, shining force, Jeanne d arc, fire emblem, valkyria chronicles, langrissers, monster seed and some other games, but this game is the only game that makes me play it occasionally to this day. Even with ps1 graphics, the gameplay is solid. it's a 5-6 way war between nations, you pick between the 5 nations every nation starts with different number of knights, territory, terrain, frontlines and monsters, so you can have 5 different experience just from selecting different nation. it has class system for the knight and evolution for monsters, it has weapons, hidden item, hidden quests , so many combination and possibilities but it doesn't make me feel overwhelmed like many other tactical rpg games. for me the only downside for this game is that there is no sequel, until this year haha. sure the lines are sometimes cheesy but it's not really that bad. the cinematics for battle feels too long and repetitive but if you have seen enough you can skip it via settings. I think people that give mediocre review to this game have not take their time to turn off the cinematics and to try the quests, there's so many hidden things in the quests i think it is one of this game major attraction for me. I just found out that the sequel is out this year, it is on switch, and I don't have a switch Guess I'll try to get a switch one way or another.
