For fans that found Tame Impala after Currents, The Slow Rush is a bit more mellow but that is not a knock. If you are critical of the album, do yourself a favor and put on some headphones and give it a few listens. It’s more impressive with each listen. Kevin Parker is a very special talent and perhaps one of the most talented song writers of our generation. Amazing he crafts these tunes largely by himself. I can’t get enough of the track, It Might Be Time. Pure genius.
