Vincent Jones

I began this movie expecting it to be bad and committed to abandoning my viewing as soon as my preconception was confirmed. Much to my surprise this point never arrived and now having viewed it in its entirety I give it thumbs up. The movie is dark, which should not be a surprise. It is also cold and distant. But within this space is a compelling story of cause and tragic effect. We understand lisbeth so much better now and we see that her incredible intellect and valor can only be matched by her internal turmoil. She makes my heroine list and the franchise deserves a third installment.
