I have been a big fan of Madame Secretary since the first episode. I recommended this show to my right leaning friends saying it did not take a position and I never heard or sensed a negative feeling to any side until this past episode about the separation of children from their parents. I don't think any clear thinking , compassionate person thinks this is the best way to handle this problem but I was disappointed in the way this story was told. I felt the use of words like " Swamp ", Trumped Up" and to me the Governor looked and sounded like former President Bush ,suggested this was only the current administration's policy. I am so disappointed that the show took a turn and I hope the powers that be will not continue this. This is the only network show I watch but if it becomes Left -Good, Right -Bad show I will not watch . I want to be entertained not lectured.
