After nearly 30 years, not only does the movie still stand up, it's still their best performances. Also, it's Director Terry Gilliams greatest film of all time. Robin Williams was a better dramatic actor than when he did silly comedies. He was very funny, but the dramas he was in, were better. Mercedes Ruele won the Oscar for her role. Jeff Bridges was absolutely perfect in his performance as a former shock jock drunk seeking redemption. This is the greatest modern fairytale movie ever! Terry Gilliam of Monty Python is really good at fairytales.
