Ja'Lil Woods

The only redeeming quality about this movie is that Pedro Pascel (The Mandalorian) had his acting on point. The dialogue was pretty awful and it didn't feel like actual people talking to each other. The kids were pretty annoying to listen to but that was to be expected. But my biggest pet peeve was the sheer amount of forethought that they didn't put into the background. There are numerous points where you have to stop and ask "why did this happen?" Or "why is that there?" Overall I feel like it was very lazy and tried to capitalize on recognizable actors and nostalgic characters in the form of Shark Boy and Lava Girl.
