Hi Martin ive been a customer with Natwest over 50 years, I have a platinum account which costs me £!8 monthly,and I am allowed a reduction on travel insurance. Due to covid19 we have been unable to travel for 12 months and I asked fora refund or an extension of the cover. It was refused ???? being pensioners and the cost of this insurance is over £300 per year surley they must return our money ????. There must be many thousands of customers like me in the same boat.. Is there any way of getting a refund ???? by law..
