Yet another poor interview where there was no proper challenge to Sharma. The FACT is that there is zero evidence that a climate “ emergency” exists. Floods, Wildfire, Heatwaves and Frigid blasts are NOT a new feature of our planet. Burn acreage is vastly down over the last hundred years. Famine and poverty is vastly down. Climate is cyclical and the small warming has caused the oceans, where most is held, to release into the atmosphere. It still represents only 4 parts per 10,000 and the huge reduction in human release during the covid pandemic was not able to be measured in the total. Why do the many distinguished scientists who deny there is a crisis NEVER get airtime at the BBC or elsewhere but the totally unqualified like Thunberg get star billing ? Go and check the facts. Polar ice has not gone( Al Gore said it would be by 2014). There are more Polar Bears than 20 years ago. Sea level rise is NOT accelerating etc,etc. Meanwhile the Govt. is leading us to a world of power cuts and unaffordable energy.
