This book shouldn't be consider self help at all. It's more of a religious (Christian) text.
Dr. Peterson can't even apply his own rules to himself, take for example the rule of "being precise in your speech". Well by reading this book you'll realize he's anything but precise.
I always thought that people calling him sexist, misogynistic and even supremacist were simply jealous of him. But after reading this and his most recent book, I just realized he's that, and much more.
I can see why he's so popular in America and more particularly among men. He's not someone I'd look up to anymore, he's so full of ideology (and himself) and he's a very close minded person.
I like his writing, I certainty do not agree with most of his ideas. However his books are more of a cash grab. They'd really add little to no value to your life. You can get better books for the price you pay for this one.
