I like this movie. I think it is a perfect portrayer of modern society and the internet. I think people hate it because they refuse to accept that this is what the world has become. Yes, silly ideas do exist. And even I consider making a movie about Emojis a "silly idea". But you know what? I think it works. I think it's a good silly idea. I enjoyed the characters, I enjoyed the visuals, I enjoyed the illustrations and I enjoyed the journey. I even enjoyed the comedy. I mentioned my theory about why it's hated above. But if I'm wrong and that isn't actually the reason, then I have no idea what is it about this movie that made people vote it one of the worst movies ever made. This movie is wonderful. It is definitely in my Top 100.
