Man, what an improvement over 015! I really like this album for what it has to offer, and keep in mind this is the beginning of 2014. This album really grabbed me in terms of how much variety and how many just good songs were on here. Standouts for this one include "Canvas", "Endgame", "Let Me Out", "Till It's Over", "Rat Twist", "Once Again", "Apollo", and most importantly of all, one of my favorite songs on the label, "Peacock". What a great album this is, high recommend! Overall Rating: 8/10

Honestly, I think this one lowered the bar a bit compared to the least two albums. I don't really like as much as those two, but there are still some fun tracks on here to enjoy. Standouts include "To The Stars", "Automagic", "Timeless", "Motionless", and "Breathe". I don't recommend this as much as I would want to, but I think you should still check this out, depending on what mood you're in. Overall Rating: 6/10

As for the first album that is part of the Golden Age of Monstercat, this does a good job of kicking us off to a great adventure. There's a ton of variety here, ranging from heavy Dubstep to funky Nu Disco, and most of it is pretty good. Some standout releases are "Sugar Rush", "Manslaughter VIP", "Atrium", "Lonely Soul", "Video Boy", "Leophant", and "Eclipse". Totally a fun listen and I do recommennd it. Overall Rating: 7/10

There quite a bit to like about this album. Even though I don't personally love it, there are many songs in here that will very much please the average listener. There are quite a few standouts, including "Flight", "Another Day", "Farewell", "White City", "No One", "Night Rider", and "Exogenesis". It's also important that I mention this is where the quality begins to increase in these songs, so I would recommend checking this one out. Overall Rating: 7/10

The thing about "Reunion" is that it does feature a lot of the artists that are either considered the best of the album, or just people that appeared in the very first couple albums. I don't really have much to say about this one, really. Some noteworthy songs include "Fire In The Hole", "Awesome To The Max", and "Tonight". I don't think it's as good as say 007 or 006, but it's more-or-less on that fine line of a good album. Overall Rating: 6/10

"Solace" is a pretty good album. So far, this is my absolute favorite album from this certain era of Monstercat's life. It's not a perfect album, and it's not quite as great as I wish it were. However, there's no denying that whether you like this album or not, not only are there some pretty great songs, but pretty influential ones as well, the most prominent example of this being "Disconnected" by the Pegboard Nerds, which is one of my all-time favorites. Of course, there are songs that I don't enjoy here, but there's only really a small few of them that exist on this album. Overall, this is a pretty good album, and I think it's safe to say that this is my favorite album from Monstercat's early era. Overall Rating: 7/10

This is probably one of my favorite albums from Monstercat's early era from 2011 - Mid 2013. Even though there are songs on here that I really don't like at all, such as "United" and "The Alchemist's Nightmare", but there are 3 songs on here that I could consider to be classics, those being "Trance Chords", "Gunpoint VIP", and "Rock The Flock". Those three songs alone make this album for me, but most of it is pretty good, and since this is the first Monstercat album that came out in 2012, it feels more professional than all the other albums before it. Overall Rating: 6.5/10
