An unexpectedly gripping story, solid gameplay, riveting soundtrack. I would 100% recommend it. Just finished the main storyline today and it’s immediately a PS2 classic for me. Some aspects of the writing didn’t age well though, the character Ajax is often sexually harassing women and the dialogue between other male characters with women is typically brash and misogynistic. Not that there’s a way for misogyny to age well. I struggled through these parts of the game, which were fortunately few and fleeting, but important to note nonetheless.
