I would say that the villain could have been better. the story telling is similar 2 previous movies of prem.. shivrajkumar role is limited ..May b 20 per. And the 80 percent movie is Sudeep.. prem should find a better script rather then investing huge amount of songs and loc.. overall NYC try one tym watch..

after a long tym.. shahid has done a gud job of selecting gud script..movie is gud:)
