The best part about this show is how it portrays manipulation from both sides. We're always hearing about males abusing females either physically, mentally, emotionally. Obviously I don't condone what Joe was doing, but Beck was manipulative in her own way. She always had him on the tip of her finger because deep down she knew how he felt about her. She dismissed his feelings and replaced them with her own. When Joe asked why she cheated on him, she gave him this garbage about how she's never loved anyone like him before and she was afraid to need someone. This is not an excuse for cheating! A gripping and emotional show that outlines both sides.
