I was addicted from ep 1. Xianxia political intrigue done so wittily! The script manages to inject humour in the most serious situations and there was hardly a dull moment even though it has many eps. Lead actor is new to me but definitely someone to watch... a boy-next-door type with great acting chops. Another winning story from Mao Ni, the author who penned the wonderful Ever Night and Fighter of the Destiny. Please let there be Season 2!
