The Neon Demon is basically the same kind of film and in my opinion, less outrageous and far more disturbing in its last act. I hate the fact people truly believe this is the most disgusting film you'll see. Its not. Its up there with the likes of RAW and maybe even the film I mentioned, but its not better than these, and there's far more extreme films. Antichrist still makes me squirm thinking about it. Get a grip people.

In a climate so charged with wokeness, along comes this series that delivers on not giving a flying F! It's insanely fun, silly but knows when not to be. I couldn't stop laughing. People can't go into this and take it seriously, it won't work for you. It's surprisingly original, despite it having a premise we may have seen so many times, i never felt i was watching something that had already been done, its a fresh take on such concepts. Take Brooklyn 99 and blend it with Californication, then throw in the movie Pineapple Express, you have Obliterated. It's wild and a whole lot of stupid but i want season 2 right now!

If you pay to go see this based on the simple fact "it's a game franchise I love!" you're the problem.

This is being called jawdropping.... maybe if it came out in 2001. My jaw barely made it past my adams apple. District 9 won my approval back in 2009 and remains one of my all time favourite Scince fiction movies. The film artifical intelligence is one of my favourite films about AI, along side hidden gems like Archive. You'll be told this is the best film of the year and all that jazz, but it doesn't do anything I haven't seen, it's an action Sci-fi, and a very moving one I must say, but at a point I somehow found myself adding to my amazon basket, at what point I switched of from the film I'm not exactly sure. The world looks just like every other world In a Scince fiction, nothing original there. Watch more films if you think otherwise. Avatar 2 has more exciting action sequences, and that ain't great. It's a fine movie with beautiful visuals, but acting from our main dude? Come on act like you care at least. Overall, just okay.

A fun series that has a purpose in our very serious society. it's bullet train meets Kingsman, and it's a damn good time. Critics have been unfair to it, but do they really know what people are looking for in entertainment? I watched both episodes last night, and wanted more. The show knows what it is, and isn't trying to be anything less.

Absolutely incredible. Creepy, and a twisted tragic story told very well. Sure, it's hard going a lot of the time, but this shouldn't be pleasant. Jeffrey Dahmer was a sick man, who needed a lot of help early on, the show certainly makes you feel his dark mind that he himself hated living with, but no soul, no real empathy, although not exactly an evil psychopath like Ted Bundy. Jeff was a lonely mentally ill individual and at points you do feel sorry for him here, he was living with a sickness however nothing but a vile killer and it all ended for him exactly how it should've. His story couldn't have ended another way, he deserved every thing he got in prison. This series is one of the best about Dahmer, and so well done and captivating, sad, deep, clever. Worth watching. A great piece of true crime. As controversial as this may be, it's totally worth your time if you can stomach it. Interesting and disturbing. I won't soon forget it, it's amazing. May the victims rest in peace. The tribute at the end made me cry.

smart people will understand, sadly it seems people with low intelligence have watched it but it's a lot better than others have described.

Don't listen to the highly negative reviews and complaints about this series, it's only been 2 episodes so far but honestly it's what i'd expect and nothing more. I think if you are going into this wanting something really groundbreaking you may want to look elsewhere, but as far as video game adaptations go this is actually pretty damn solid but you gotta remember this is just a video game adaptation, they aren't what i'd consider outstanding but they can be well done if done right. I'm a huge fan of halo, and so far this series has been quite a lot of fun if you take it for what it is. It could be worse, could probably be better, but it's not at all bad. Early days but it has potential. Give it a shot at least.

May just be the greatest batman film for a long time! What we have is a serial killer/detective thriller in the world of batman. The tone is set right away, from the get go it's creepy and doesn't let up. It's disturbing, one scene in particular felt like a throw back to a similar scene from the dark knight involving the joker and you'll know what I mean when you see it. Not sure if it was intentional but it was awesome if it was. The feel of gotham is bleak, and I mean really bleak! Diving into the corruption of the city and the police was really well done. Robert Pattinson as batman was great and totally intriguing as Bruce Wayne. The riddler is horrifying, the demonic voice and screaming and his crimes, loved how much of a serial killer thriller this was like Seven!! I enjoyed everything about it, a fantastic grown up batman film that's totally worth watching. A chilling ride with twists and turns. Needs to be seen on the big screen! Bruce hasn't yet discovered himself as batman, this was a world building film for sure, you get the sense he's still grasping who he is and where his path is leading, a different take on Bruce Wayne. He's more messed up, and uses batman to exercise demons. He's not just playboy Bruce Wayne like how we usually see the charecter. I think it may very well be my film of the year so far. Its disturbing, fun, exciting, dark, atmospheric, interesting. If you like real heavy grit, you'll like this film.
