An ok movie with some script/plot issues. It was like they ran out of money and had to end the movie quickly without actually finding the real bad guy, unless they are making a sequel, which I doubt they will. Some great concepts but they weren't played out, like the school teacher at the end what a great concept wasted. Same goes for the book shop owner. This may have been better as a short series.

Wow what a hard watch. I have a pretty strong stomach but this took some serious commitment to get through. No doubt the director has some serious talent. The story is so depressing and gory it almost makes you hate being alive in a world so depraved that you could entertain this could be plausible, but I'm sure it is. I watch movies for the escapism from reality this made me want to get back to reality to escape the movie.

Really enjoyed this a return to the hard boiled detective tale like Chinatown with some modern action sequences. Probably not as good as The Negotiator which it is very similar too but very good just the same. Truly a shame we won't see more of what Chadwick Boseman had to offer
