This movie does not even come close to being "an adaption" of The Secret Garden. It takes the three main characters and places them in a different era, different story line, different world all together. So very disappointed to have been sitting with my two children to watch this after having savored the book together and anxiously awaiting the film. My five-year old kept looking at me and exclaiming, "Mom, this is NOT the book!"
