Absolutely awful. You are basically reading this man’s diary where he brags about his accomplishments. He basically “motivates” you to have a miserable life. He also only mentions the same three people over and over and repeats the same chapter structure. Maybe this book would have been better if he bothered to do his research about anyone that is a “cleaner” who is not a male basketball player. Because honestly I can think of so many better examples.
