If your lucky enough to be "A Winner" and are bringing in the money for him everything is great. Once you stop being the 'big attraction in the 'charts'' and your popularity starts to slip, He simply "Relieves" you of your contract. In other words, throws you on the rubbish tip with all the other 'has beens' from his label.
