To begin with: This is definitely 100% doesn’t reflect neither Jordanian nor Arab culture. Now, I know that the series is trying to shed a light on an important topic, however part 2 is just straight out boring! The story is very very slowly developing and in a way that’s not quite interesting. Cheesy sort of and it’s not very well plotted! On the contrary to part 1 which took an interesting breathtaking turn at the end. In addition to the above, I personally think that a lot of the series ( part 2) is stolen from other shows ( e.g, mean girls, 13 reasons why…etc)! Which is quite wrong! Don’t recommend watching, save your time.

If you are a dim-witted teenager then go and entertain yourself, otherwise safe yourself the time and the money because this movie is a CLICHÉ. I didn’t know that the whole story of this movie refers to “Al Mahadi”, a leader who we as Muslims believe in. Al Mahadi is believed to come at the end of time to guide the people in the battle against evil. The whole story can be found in Islamic references. This movie is nothing but INSULTING to my religion, culture and beliefs. It failed miserably in my opinion to reflect the true character and beliefs of Al Mahadi. They liked the idea of him but wanted only parts of the whole to reach the viewer. I suggest that the people behind this horrible show, get themselves some education. There are hundreds of muslim scholars out there who would not hesitate to share all information you need to come up with a respectable film. Moreover, the producers failed to allow us (as viewers) to build any connection with the characters. And if there’s no connection, there wouldn’t be any interest and that by itself makes a never-ending/ boring kind of a movie. Bottom line, the movie looks like an incoherent parts of stories in a what looks like a “Star Wars” universe.
