This movie was amazing. One of the best DC movies yet! I loved it from beginning to end! I don't know why critics are getting these reviews backwards. These critics giving Black Adam a horrible review are the same critics that have been praising Marvel's as of lately garbage productions (i.e. She-Hulk). The Rock was a beast in this movie! Tons of action and some funny scenes. If you want an accurate description of this movie, think live action DragonBall Z. Tons of fight scenes in the air; catching missiles mid air. This movie is definitely an action fan's dream. The Rock and DC got this one right! GO SEE THIS MOVIE! Thank you Rock and DC for giving us this one! We need more Black Adam!

I had high expectations for this movie but I felt disappointed after watching it. I'm a hard-core Matrix fan. I've seen all 3 originals multiple times. I've also played through the entire Enter the Matrix game. This new Matrix movie had tons of action, but the story was not well put together at all. The movie takes place 20 years into the future, which I thought was a horrible idea. They try to explain what happened during those years, but its explained rather quickly and it left me wanting more explaination. I also thought some of the casting choices could have been better. Overall, it's a good movie for nostalgia, but that's all you're going to get from this film. I will say, watching this movie made me feel so old. I remember watching that first scene in the first Matrix where Trinity is used to display 'bullet time'. That seems like yesterday, but that was 20 years ago. Times flies!
