The book is a must reference for Post Colonial history and the book is a foundating stone for the same

* Amazing BGM
* Perfectly choreographed Stud Scenes

*This movie is pure action moive nothing more or less
* Most Characters have nothing to do especially Prithviraj
* No much Emotion or Story is there in the story
* Every scenes are far more predictable
*Just a fan movie
*Comparing with Pulimurukan; Puli murukan is a better choice

The film all together is a commercial film. The film has high standard of making and cinematography.
The movie really depicted the time period of 19th C. The movie throws light on the socioeconomic scenario of kerala.
THE MOVIE IS DEFINITELY A MUST SEE
But there are certian contradictions also. I being a history student can't deal with the movie as the interpretation of real history of kayamkulam Kochunni, in fact he is a human not a super human. The movie interprets kochunni as an ideal.
