Oh dear. The three stars is for us watching all the way through it. If they were going for a period piece, this feels lazy. Accents? Nope. Hair dos? A goofy distraction. Jewelry? Our female lead wears a heart straight out of the Hallmark collection during the film. I love these guys and appreciate where effort was given. It wasn’t worth full theatre price. Fight scenes were impressive and gore filled. Rotten tomatoes gave us the impression it was better than it was. My truth.
