I love it! Of all the episodes I’ve seen, only one has stood out and raised my hackles. Gail King. Some of the White people you have profiled have had some with Black ancestors. Not one of them has expressed regret or horror; but, the minute Gail King was told she had significant White blood in her history, what did she say? “You take that back!!” That wasn’t amusing, and it wasn’t entertaining. We, all of us, have histories that make us who we are. We can regret some of it...we can mourn some of it. But, if Gail King did not have those White people in her history, she wouldn’t be here. They weren’t her fault, and some should be excoriated...but she is who she is and she’s here because and despite of her ancestors.
