Quite possibly the worst big budget movie I've seen in 10 years. About half way through it becomes a comedy.

Game doesn't know what it wants to be. Nothing really stands out. So much filler and the story, wow its bad.. kept on playing hoping it would get better, nah. Would rather play doom again. Definition of Mid.

Brilliant movie with some moments that are very meaningful for today. Not for people looking for weird japan or romantised version of japan or comtempory Hollywood movies. Probably something that you watch a few times. I see some reviews thought it was pretentious. It's a movie that would show at a film festival, so what are people expecting, the Avengers go to japan?

One of the worst ww2 movies I've ever seen. Very typical Hollywood portrayal of Germans vs Americans with staggering amounts of historical inaccuracies. If you want to watch a better ww2 movie watch a bridge too far, the young lions or Cross of iron or even the longest day. For something more modern see days of glory. But if you are after a fantasy movie go see this one by all means.
