Hope, Nimki Mukhyamantri is on the cards, now. The tele serial speaks about the progress of a socially ostracized cast and gender's progress through the power strata by a enjoyable mix of honesty, simplicity, intelligence, and friendship. It raises hope that goodness will prevail over evil. However, it seems to have been cut short without rounding off some loose ends: 1. What will happen to the warming up of relationship between Nimki and Mintu? 2. Will Ganga Devi be able to give shape to his connivance against Nimki, after being exposed by the latter? 3. Will the relationship between Mintu and Ganga Devi come to the fore? 4. What will happen to the growing relationship between Mahua and Tunni? Etc.

The protagonists Bulbul and Badki Dadi are nice type characters. I didn't like the former's change in attire to look modern though. Pl don't go by some stray remarks: keep her as she used to be. This week's climax made us sad. Hope, the illegal marriage leads to betterment.
