In this movie, the charater played by Ashutosh Rana belongs to a Cast "Jaat", he has been shown as very shameful, goon and robber person, but the problem it not that, after all the incident happened with Neha Dhupia, he told his friend about all such incident and used a statement which describe about all the Jaat Community, Also, some visuals with the Charater Kaptan when the policeman pee on him is completely a disrespect for a Jaat Community person. I think one from Jaat Community should take a legal action against the director of the movie
